2nd TG Meeting, SCI-321: UAV Applications for Military Search
NATO Science and Technology Organization SCI-321 conduct a three year Task Group (TG) with the title “UAV - application for military search”. The main purpose of the TG is to assess the potential, limitations and challenges of the use of UAV for detection of “Targets” in Military Search operation.
C-IED CoE participated in the second meeting that took place on 30 – 31 Oct 2019 at FADA (Fundacion Andaluza Desarolo Aeroespacial) / ATLAS (Air Traffic Laboratory for Advanced Systems) premises at the area of Jaen with one representative. The focus area of C-IED CoE participation was the process of the scenario script and providing the IED perspective and the challenges that rise for their detection in different areas of operations with a realistic approach.
