Event – C-IED Annual Conference (CIEDAC)

The objective of the event is to foster a collaborative platform that brings together experts from the military, law enforcement, international organizations, academia, and industry. The event is designed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge, share operational experiences, showcase technological innovations, identify capability gaps, and explore potential solutions. A key focus is on enhancing interagency cooperation across the full spectrum of Counter-Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) activities.

The theme of CIEDAC25 was “Countering the IED System in Support of Multidomain Operations”.

The agenda for CIEDAC25 centered on the following critical areas:

• Evolving Threat Dynamics and IED Threat Updates
• Emerging and Disruptive Technologies in Support of C-IED
• C-IED-Related Individual and Collective Training
• Operational Observations and Lessons Identified from a C-IED Perspective
• C-IED Contributions to the NATO Warfare Development Agenda (WDA)
