The C-IED Ordnance School in Ireland, located in the Curragh Military Camp in Kildare Co. (Ireland), ran the 4th CC-MTAC (Commander’s Counter Marauding Terrorist Attack Course) from 29th September to 4th of October 2019.

It is a Basic Course for Commanders, for the management of terrorist attacks type "Amok" (attack or kill with 'blind anger'), so the course try to study and understand how to improve and help the command with his/her first steps and decisions to be taken, after that terrorist attack had occurred, when the chaos and the impact is so harsh that people hardly can manage the situation as a consequence of high level of stress.
