International servicemen (other nations): International servicemen not part of CLIMS
nations have to direct the request through their military ataccheé in Spain.
This request has to be directed to the International Relations Center (CIR in
Spanish) inside the Plans Division in the Army HQ. Once studied the
request by CIR’s personnel the approval will be sent back, through the military
attacheé, to the requester –informing if positive to the RMD Castañón de Mena-.
